Utilization of Web-Facilitated Learning to Improve Teacher Skills in Identifying Basic Competencies

The use of technology has the potential to build more intensive learning and make it easier for teachers carry out student assessments. present study was aimed analyze extent benefits web-facilitated as a form product grow teacher skills incorrectly identifying basic competencies. This surveyed activities Islamic Religious Education Teacher Working Group (KKG) in Surabaya analyzes using Miles Huberman model. results showed that web-based facilitated this is quite effective. based on five main factors, namely usability 83%, usefulness content 86%, adequacy information 87%, accessibility 82%, interaction 81%. total average score 83% shows very good quality. Several issues regarding barriers implementation were discussed.
